My name is Julia and I am a freelance creative based in Brooklyn, New York. Formally educated as a mechanical engineer, I decided to pivot after graduating university to pursue a career in video production and photography. With a strong analytical background from my time engineering world, I bring a unique perspective to every production team I’ve been lucky enough to be apart of.

Since my career change, I’ve been lucky enough to assist in several production departments including camera, art, lighting, and directing.

I currently shoot on a Sony A7c, but as I continue to improve my photography skills and hone in my craft I plan to also expand to shoot on film.

I’m interested in connecting with other likeminded individuals and open to collaboration!
